Order Processing
Upon completing an order, which is created after pressing the "Process Order" button during the checkout process, you will receive via email an order confirmation detailing the items purchased. Your order confirmation will include the Bill To and Ship To information you provided, along with the order total in $USD. Your order total will include the total amount for the items selected, applicable sales tax, and the shipping and/or delivery charge(s) based on your selections at check-out. Delivery of your items will vary depending on lead-time as mentioned in the item product description page and the Shipping Policy page.

Order Payment & Methods
Order payment will be processed upon checkout. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted methods of payment. Bank issued debit cards are also accepted. No other forms or payment are accepted. Hyatt Gift Cards and PayPal payments are not accepted. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as Hyatt at Home Services.

Hyatt Gift Cards
The Hyatt at Home online store does not sell gift cards and Hyatt Gift Cards are not an accepted form of payment in the Hyatt at Home online store.

Gold Passport Points
At the present time, the Hyatt at Home online store does not issue or redeem Hyatt Gold Passport points.

Returns
Returns are not accepted for Grand Bed and Grand Bedding products except as provided for in the product warranty. Please see the Return Policy & Warranty page for specific details.

Pricing & Availability
Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices do not include shipping, delivery, or applicable sales tax. Sales tax is applied on all orders to the state(s) of IL. Delivery and/or shipping charges are not taxable.

ATTENTION: IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE GRAND BED
The Hyatt Grand Bed is a special order, proprietary design product exclusive to Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. Grand Bed delivery is approximately 4 to 6 weeks from time of order. Delivery is not included in the item price. Cost of delivery is based on the delivery location. Delivery options and prices are shown during check-out. Once your Grand Bed is produced you will be called to schedule a specific delivery day. The Grand Bed Mattress Set and Components are currently available for delivery to locations within the 48 Continental United States and limited areas of Canada only.
