Delivery Charges & Optional Service Charges
The following details typical delivery charges and optional service charges. All optional service requests must be completed at time of order.
In-Home Basic Delivery Service
Standard Rate: $195.00
Remote/Non Service Area Rate: $275.00 - $375.00
Threshold Delivery Service
Standard Rate: $150.00
Remote/Non Service Area Rate: $250.00 - $350.00
The above rates allow for delivery of up to two bed sets to the same address at the same time.
Removal & Disposal - Existing Mattress Sets
Standard Rate: $85.00 per set
Removal & Disposal of Existing Mattress Sets is a service only available in combination with In-Home Basic Delivery Service. Must be selected at time of order.
Once our delivery agent calls you to schedule a specific delivery day, you will typically be given a 4 hour delivery window for the estimated time of arrival. For example, you may have a delivery window of 8am to 12pm. Since exact time delivery appointments are not possible, it is important to plan for an adult to be available at the delivery location during the assigned delivery window.
Some extended range deliveries, and remote area deliveries can have a delivery window longer than 4 hours. Road, weather, traffic, and customer delays on stops earlier in your route could affect your delivery schedule.
To help make the delivery process go smoothly, we suggest a few preparations in advance of the delivery team arriving:
1. Clear the path of travel to the room in which your Grand Bed will be placed.
2. Contain house pets to a safe area away from the intended path of travel.
3. Have your bed frame, bed base, or platform prepared to receive your new Grand Bed.
4. Remove slipping hazards along the path of travel such as snow or ice on entry stairs, or throw
rugs and floor/stair runners that could slide and pose a hazard.
5. If applicable, please notify your security service of an expected delivery.
Please remember, our delivery agent is not responsible for moving customer furniture. They do not carry tools and they are not allowed to assemble or disassemble customer furniture or components of your home such as doors, railings, windows, etc. All receiving preparations at the delivery location are the customers responsibility.
